 jesus on church door

A church in Silverhill Alabama said the image of Jesus has appeared in their church. The church is calling it a sign form above.

In November The Little Welcome Baptist Church made renovations on the church but then decided to build another one.

Members said after adding varnish to doors inside the church, an image appeared in the wood.

Church Member, Essie Edwards said the image is the lord’s way of welcoming the congregation home. “The lord has been in this place for 40 years, the image just appeared for us to know that we are back home again” Edwards said.

Physicists Prove That Vampires Could Not Exist

By Mark Strauss, http://io9.com/5241252/physicists-prove-that-vampires-could-not-exist

If you’ve ever read Salem’s Lot (or seen the lame Starsky and Hutch-era miniseries adaptation starring David Soul), then you know that after a vampire decides to settle in your town, the undead begin to multiply at an alarming rate (he bites two friends, who bite two friends, and so on, and so on…).

Putting aside for a moment the issue of how that would impact neighborhood property values, this phenomenon raises an even more pressing question: If vampires are indeed living (unliving?) among us, then shouldn’t we have seen an undead population explosion by now?

Fortunately, our best minds are on the case. Physicists Costas Efthimiou and Sohang Gandhi’s paper “Cinema Fiction vs. Physics Reality” offers a full explanation.

Efthimiou and Gandhi conduct a thought experiment: Assume that the first vampire appeared on January 1, 1600. At that time, according to data available at the U.S. Census website, the global population was 536,870,911. Efthimiou and Gandhi calculate that, once the Nosferatu feeding frenzy began, the entire human race would have been wiped out by June 1602 (thus forever changing the course of history by preventing the invention of the slide rule eighteen years later).

The physicists note:

Another philosophical principal related to our argument is the truism given the elaborate title, the anthropic principle. This states that if something is necessary for human existence, then it must be true since we do exist. In the present case, the nonexistence of vampires is necessary for human existence. Apparently, whomever devised the vampire legend had failed his college algebra and philosophy courses.

Oooh, snap! But, this gauntlet had been barely thrown down before it invited a rebuttal from mathematician Dino Sejdinovic. In his article, “Mathematics of the Human Vampire Conflict” (Math Horizons, November 2008) Sejdinovic faults Efthimiou and Gandhi’s logic, since they have not “accounted for the birth-rate of non-vampires and death-rate of vampires (actually the death-death-rate since they are already dead, but when they die again they should stay dead but stop being living) due to close encounters with stakes, garlic and holy water.” Moreover, “vampires are presented exclusively as greedy consumers: a rational strategy of managing their human resources is not considered.”

Here, Sejdinovic cites the pioneering research conducted by Austrian mathematicians Richard Hartl and Alexander Mehlmann, who published the landmark 1982 paper, “The Transylvanian Problem of Renewable Resources,” later followed up by “Cycles of Fear: Periodic Bloodsucking Rates for Vampires” (Journal of Optimization Theory and Application, December 1992). Hartl and Mehlmann argue that vampires would never be stupid enough to deplete their entire food supply, and by applying the Hopf-Bifurcation Theorem (don’t ask), they demonstrate how vampires can adopt an optimal “cyclical bloodsucking strategy.”

However, there is a serious flaw in the Hartl and Mehlmann model: The assumption that human beings would be docile prey. Their research provoked an outraged response from economist Dennis Snower, who in his article “Macroeconomic Policy and the Optimal Destruction of Vampires” (The Journal of Political Economy, June 1982), declared:

One wonders what conceivable interest the authors could have had in helping vampires solve their intertemporal consumption problem. The implicit assumption of the Invisible Hand (or Fang)-whereby vampires, in pursuing their own interests, pursue those of human beings as well-is of questionable validity. The study by Hartl and Mehlmann is not concerned with the macroeconomic implications of blood-sucking behavior modes. Nor does it consider the policy instruments whereby human beings can protect themselves from vampires. Instead, humans are modeled as passive receptacles of blood whose cultivation and harvest are left to vampire discretion.

Hooyah! Snower argues that the mortal world can manage its resources in a manner that keeps the undead population in check, while simultaneously promoting long-term economic growth:

A transfer of labor services from the widget sector to the stake sector reduces human welfare at present but may raise welfare in the future (since an increase in stake production reduces the vampire population and thereby increases the future labor force whereby future widgets may be produced).

Still, I’m not entirely confident in Snower’s conclusions-not least because his complex mathematical proof indicates that the complete destruction of vampires would not be “socially optimal.” (And you wonder why economics is known as the dismal science?)

In fact, all of these models rest upon the assumption that vampires are at the top of the undead food chain. Who says that the blood-sucking population is not kept in check by something that preys on vampires? Time to consult the zoology journals.

Let me sleep on it: Creative problem solving enhanced by REM sleep

The study by Sara Mednick, PhD, assistant professor of psychiatry at UC San Diego and the VA San Diego Healthcare System, and first author Denise Cai, graduate student in the UC San Diego Department of Psychology, shows that REM directly enhances creative processing more than any other sleep or wake state. Their findings will be published in the June 8th online edition of the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS).

“We found that – for creative problems that you’ve already been working on – the passage of time is enough to find solutions,” said Mednick. “However, for new problems, only REM sleep enhances creativity.”

Mednick added that it appears REM sleep helps achieve such solutions by stimulating associative networks, allowing the brain to make new and useful associations between unrelated ideas. Importantly, the study showed that these improvements are not due to selective memory enhancements.

A critical issue in sleep and cognition is whether improvements in behavioral performance are the result of sleep-specific enhancement or simply reduction of interference – since experiences while awake have been shown to interfere with memory consolidation. The researchers controlled for such interference effects by comparing sleep periods to quiet rest periods without any verbal input.

While evidence for the role of sleep in creative problem-solving has been looked at by prior research, underlying mechanisms such as different stages of sleep had not been explored. Using a creativity task called a Remote Associates Test (RAT), study participants were shown multiple groups of three words (for example: cookie, heart, sixteen) and asked to find a fourth word that can be associated to all three words (sweet, in this instance). Participants were tested in the morning, and again in the afternoon, after either a nap with REM sleep, one without REM or a quiet rest period. The researchers manipulated various conditions of prior exposure to elements of the creative problem, and controlled for memory.

“Participants grouped by REM sleep, non-REM sleep and quiet rest were indistinguishable on measures of memory,” said Cai. “Although the quiet rest and non-REM sleep groups received the same prior exposure to the task, they displayed no improvement on the RAT test. Strikingly, however, the REM sleep group improved by almost 40 percent over their morning performances.”

The authors hypothesize that the formation of associative networks from previously unassociated information in the brain, leading to creative problem-solving, is facilitated by changes to neurotransmitter systems during REM sleep.

The Brown Mountain Lights

The Brown Mountain Lights are one of the most famous of North Carolina legends. They have been reported a dozen times in newspaper stories. They have been investigated at least twice by the U.S. Geological Survey. And they have attracted the attention of numerous scientists and historians since the German engineer, Gerard Will de Brahm, recorded the mysterious lights in the North Carolina mountains in 1771.

“The mountains emit nitrous vapors which are borne by the wind and when laden winds meet each other the niter inflames, sulphurates and deteriorates,” said de Brahm. De Brahm was a scientific man and, of course, had a scientific explanation. But the early frontiersman believed that the lights were the spirits of Cherokee and Catawba warriors slain in an ancient battle on the mountainside.

One thing is certain, the lights do exist. They have been seen from earliest times. They appear at irregular intervals over the top of Brown Mountain – a long, low mountain in the foothills of the Blue Ridge. They move erratically up and down, visible at a distance, but vanishing as one climbs the mountain. From the Wiseman’s View on Linville Mountain the lights can be seen well. They at first appear to be about twice the size of a star as they come over Brown Mountain. Sometimes they have a reddish or blue cast. On dark nights they pop up so thick and fast it’s impossible to count them.

UFO seen over Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch

Story source : Michael Cohen   m.cohen@allnewsweb.com

http://www.allnewsweb.com/page6956958.php

I am posting this article rather reluctantly while bracing myself for the ensuing ridicule. However I feel obliged to inform readers that, yes, I have received an email from someone claiming to have seen a UFO hovering above Neverland Ranch, the once beloved home of Michael Jackson, the morning after the superstar passed away.

I had just flown in from Cleveland to LA for business and was driving thru Grand Ave in Los Olivos, California at around 5am in the morning on the way to an early sales meeting.

I see a glowing bright green light slightly to the North and I know it sounds kind of timely and weird but this hovering light appeared to be situated right over where Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch would stand. It was way larger than a star and appeared sphere shaped. The UFO hovered for a few minutes and then shot up and off. Thought you might be interested. It really did happen, this is no joke. Happy to respond to emails.

Regards Dave Russo.

We know some readers might laugh at this story but if we are in fact being semi-secretly monitored by an alien civilization, as appears to be the case, is it so far fetched to suggest that they might take an interest in the things that we take an interest in?

As absurd as it might sound, the reality is that any aliens vaguely monitoring our planet yesterday could not have missed the fact that Michael Jackson passed away.

Neverland Ranch was created from scratch by Jackson as his own piece of paradise. Planning and landscaping throughout the property was meticulous in its detail. Jackson lost ownership of the ranch during his financial meltdown.

Did you see a glowing green UFO hover over Michael Jackson’s Neverland Ranch yesterday morning? If so email to info@allnewsweb.com

UFO Found in the Movie Jaws

PERSONAL NOTE : Here is another UFO found in a major movie from my blog reader Mario Maisto.

Best wishes,

Donald Ryles PhD

I want to report you last news about UFO sightings in the movie “Jaws” with my relative discoveries, here is my analysis :Click thumbnails to expand-

CLICK HERE—What You Read At This Website Will Change YOUR Future

The UFO sightings can verify in any moment and they can be documented in voluntary and unintentional way, as it regards the second case it  is known in the history of the ufology that a lot of times they are happened both in amateur  that cinema video catching as it has happened in the film “Jaws” that is  represented in the scene in the underlying link::

  – First UFO Sighting in the film “Jaws”:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zVQdrAXuKmI&fmt=18

The object that appears in this fisrt  tape (First  UFO Sighting in the film “Jaws”) from as it is noticed in the images “a” and “b” it clearly passes behind the actors and boat therefore it can’t be a joke of the camera, besides it is noticed as it is perfectly spherical and therefore it can be affirmed that it is a “Foo Fighter” or “Orb” that is the classical bright sphere so it is to exclude any flying object to us known for evidence of the facts that is for dynamic of the motion and for relative form of the object in matter.

———————————————————————————————–

When I saw for the first time this sighting video (First UFO Sighting in the film “Jaws”) that is well known, I thought, as it is happened in the film “Milano – Palermo: il ritorno”, that even the passage of the UFO was not a single case and not only something accidental but I thought that probably there was a reason that these  not identified objects followed the video resumptions of the film for some purpose and that therefore there was the probability that these objects could make again the presence in some other scene and it needs to say that my intuition is become soon a reality in fact i discovered other two scenes in which these objects appear.

The links of the videos of the scenes that I have discovered are:

 - Second  UFO Sighting in the film “The Shark”:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_w_ioF9zvvQ&fmt=18

 - Third UFO Sighting in the film “The Shark”:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F9lbjHkPk7w&fmt=18

———————————————————————————————–

Analyzing the video of the Second  UFO Sighting in the film “Jaws” it is noticed by the images “c” and “d” that in this scene (very similar to the relative one to the FIrst Sighting UFO in the film “Jaws”) the object goes to the right toward the clouds for then to disappear behind of these as it happens from the image “e”, making so to understand that this is not a product of a joke of the camera like a reflex besides this has a completely spherical form and therefore also in this case it can be defined “Foo Fighter” or “Orb” excluding so any flying object to us known that is for evidence of the facts for dynamics of the motion and for relative form of the object in matter.

———————————————————————————————–

Analyzing the video of the Third UFO Sighting  in the film “Jaws” drawn by the scenes cut of the film it is noticed that in this case from as I have described in the image “i” the sphere performs a different trajectory in fact before it starts from the lower part in perpendicular direction to the mirror of the water as if it went out really out of the water then it performs a S curve approaching itself to the cinema set and it finally performs an almost rectilinear trajectory approaching more always itself to the cinema set, the approach of the object to the place of cinema resumption is testified by the fact what the object during its motion becomes more great and more in fact I can show this with  the image “f” and with the image “g” put in timeline so I can say that the object moves in a three-dimensional space.

The object in matter has clearly a  circular shape as it is noticed by the images “f”, “g”, “h” and “i” besides what makes me affirm that the object is a three-dimensional object is that this shows areas of light (or of reflection) and gray areas in fact looking at the image “h” I have marked with the n° 1 the darker circular crown which is the gray area and with the n° 2, the central circular brighter zone representing the area of reflection, therefore I can say that the circular object is a sphere that is three-dimensional.

A reflex, that is obviously bidimensional, is a projection and doesn’t have zones of shade therefore the hypothesis of the reflex is to exclude.

Both for the dynamics of the motion of the object, and for its spheroidal shape and because this during the motion flashes assuming at times some contours of red color, it is to exclude any other flying object that we can identify.

Source : www.prurgent.com:80/2009-06-24/pressrelease43716.htm

CVAPI is currently seeking assistance from paranormal teams across the country.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE / PRURGENT

Chester, Virginia – June 25, 2009. CVAPI stands for Central Virginia Paranormal Investigations, a paranormal team located outside of Richmond, Virginia. Recently they have been approached by the need of the deaf community wanting to participate in paranormal investigations. Their founder, Jackie Tomlin, has agreed to assist with launching this campaign. CVAPI is a spin off of Jackie’s meetup group, Central Virginia Psychic Development and Paranormal Research.

“Lily is a member of my meetup group, she is also deaf and mute”. “She carries a strong passion for the paranormal and we were recently on an investigation together.” “I was more than impressed.” “That evening she had her interpreter with her, but we feel that we could manage even if the interpreter was unable to attend.”

“I think we have all failed to realize, that the deaf have heightened senses, in which she certainly demonstrated to us that evening.” “I work as a full time professional psychic under the nickname of Ms-Swami, Lily’s senses are different, but together work very well.” “Her sense of a presence or feeling vibrations, are much keener than those of an average person.” “She carries a strong interest in video and photography, I don’t see a reason why her handicap should hold her back as well as others that are deaf.”

“In the darkness, if she needs to communicate with us, she uses a flash light or a laser light.” “She captured things on photographs that no one else did.” “If her interpreter was not available, she can certainly write to us what she is experiencing.”

“Lily has come up with over 100 deaf people across the country that have a strong interest in the paranormal.” “I have offered to assist her in this campaign in matching everyone of them up with a team.”

“I am asking that you take them into your meetup group, take them onto your paranormal team as a guest, or make them a member, but just give them a chance.” “Their interest is as strong as everyone else’s and their senses are stronger but in a different way.” “For the majority of paranormal teams out there, this is your hobby.” “Why would you exclude anyone from that pleasure?” “Everyone deserves a fair chance.”

If you have a meetup group or a paranormal team that would like to assist a deaf person in your area with participating in paranormal research, please contact Jackie. You may find Jackie at their website by placing CVAPI into your search engine.

Amazing video of UFO communicating with Israeli jet

http://www.allnewsweb.com/page6956953…

Amazing video of UFO communicating with Israeli jet
Michael Cohen m.cohen@allnewsweb.com

As I have discussed in previous articles, unmanned UFO probes sent by an extraterrestrial civilization are believed to be entering our atmosphere through UFO vortex exits located at various points around the globe. These probes are being sent to monitor the planet and convey messages to humanity about the cosmos. Army jets mounted with special receiving equipment are scrambled to chase the UFOs, get close and record these alien signals.
This remarkable film (below) that has all the signs of being genuine footage has managed to leak out of Israel and onto the World Wide Web. It clearly shows an Israeli Air Force jet attempting to get close to a small probe-type UFO, probably for the purpose of receiving the unworldly information being conveyed.
Over two thousand years ago the biblical prophet Ezekiel recorded what many regard as the most important and credible UFO event ever. Countless sceptical scientists have been stumped by this account where an ancient figure describes, in great detail, technology in a manner that seems impossible.
During this historic encounter Ezekiel witnessed Wheels within Wheels descending to earth accompanied by fire and smoke. These wheels were described as being the colour of electrically charged metal, moved of their own accord as if the living spirit was within them and made the deafening sound of crashing waves.
Inside these wheels unworldly figures wearing white linen clothing were seen handing glowing objects to one another. Secret texts deep within the Kabbalah tell us that these beings came from a planet far away from ours referred to as The World of Atziluth. The Bible records the message the beings had for Ezekiel.
It was the usual: If the Jews didnt get their act together they would be expelled altogether from the land of Israel. However the beings promised that eventually the children of Israel would return to their land in triumph.
A few thousand years and a couple of exiles later and the Jews have returned to the Holy Land and it appears that communication with these beings has resumed, in this case symbolically above the town of Rishon Letzion: Modern Israels first settlement.
What could they be discussing? The Israelis might be telling the aliens just how much stuff has gone down since they last spoke or asking why their outer-space friends never turned up when the Jewish people really needed them. Perhaps the famous refrain of Jewish mothers worldwide was mentioned: Why dont you call more often?

HOW TO GET RID OF A GHOST

Source : www.legendsofamerica.com/LA-GhostlyLegends4.html

Do you think you have a ghost?  Do you want it to go away?

No, that’s not a dumb question.

Some people don’t mind spirits being around. In fact, I am one of those someone’s.  However, I’ve never had a bad experience with a ghost. If you don’t mind them, you can learn to “tune them out”; much like you might tune out the noise of a train that passes close to your home.  Some commercial businesses, such as restaurants and hotels, actually appreciate them, because they can help their business.

However, if you really want the ghost to go away, you can try a couple of things.  Also, make sure that you read those things that you should NOT do.

DO:

The easiest way to get rid of a ghost is to simply ask it to leave.   Use a firm voice and tell the ghost exactly what you want and why.  You might say something like this: “This is my house and it bothers me when you are around all the time.  Would you please leave?”   Remember, the physical world is your domain and ghosts rarely have any power in the physical world.

Ghosts don’t always know that they are dead.  You may have to explain to them that they are dead, that they no longer belong in the physical world and will be better off if they move toward the light.

Sometimes you may have to ask what the spirit wants.  This is often the case with someone who has recently passed over who may be attempting to communicate to you about something.  Afterwards, they are happy to leave.

Use your imagination to “see” loved ones, angels, or guides coming to

take them to the light.

DO NOT:

When telling the ghost to “go away”, do not yell or sound angry.

Do not give the spirit recognition by talking about it in your home, or maybe avoid talking about it all together.  This provides the spirit with energy, making it more powerful.

Try not to show fear.  It is your home and the spirit can generally do you no harm.  Fear can also provide the spirit with energy.

DO NOT use Ouija boards, Tarot cards, séances, or witchcraft when dealing with anything that is supernatural.  These items may actually increase spiritual activity and/or “open doors” that invite demonic and other unwanted spirits.
