Loch Ness Monster…or Just a Boat…You Decide

This is a series of photos that are drawing some attention across the web right now. The images were supposedly captured on Google Earth Maps and show what many believe to be the Loch Ness Monster…while others feel it is merely a speeding boat on the water making waves.

Best Wishes,

  1. There’s no bigger fan of the Nessie legend than me, but come on Google, shapes on water from above!? Why waste our time?

  2. The pitchers show something but it could be anything swuming just under the water. I hope to see something to make believers out of everyone in the world.

    Thank you

Speed boats don’t have rounded front ends, nor legs.

  4. Maryanne…
those aren’t legs, those are the TYPICAL formation of the wake made by a power boat, reflecting in the sunlight (and as expected, due to the angle of the sun and the angles of the left and right wakes, reflecting the sunlight back to the obverser on one side but not the other).

Sheesh, even a 10-year old child can figure this out.

The problem with half of you people is right between your ears.

    1. if it is a boat wouldnt it look at least somewhat similar to a boat? theres no point on the front and dont speed boats have motors? and just because theres some skepticism and maybe the title may not be exactly right it pretty much looks like an animal, and wouldnt there be a little bit more of an expansive wake coming from it? because most speed boats leave trails and make waves as they pass by.. im not saying youre wrong but im not saying youre right, its not a common figure so until the best bet comes along we cant say for sure what it is

  5. Did anyone consider that it might just be floating vegetation? You get that in lakes, and it can assume strange and odd formations. I live beside Lake Ontario, and I have seen this happen here.

  6. let’s find out by go to that place
