I was abducted by aliens and I can answer Yes to almost every sign you posted!
I have about 21 of these possible signs, but have never had an alien encounter. I realy feel that i shouldnt be sharing these things to people but i am, but it slightly makes me feel like something is not right.
I am at twelve & that is not claiming all of them, just the most definate. I have small red inflamed areas on my left arm (like shots) anyone else have these? Horrible dreams & waking up where I have no recount of being.
I can see the “ship” outside, watch it move in response to my attention, and u thought u were fuckin’ crazy.
I too have experienced a lot of these things. I could write a few books & some movies with these vivid dreams I have, & been having,. Pulsati,ng lights, flight, catastrophe, and being apart of something greater then my being. My friends think I have some loose screws.

i have 25 of the signs, and i have come more aware of the situation. Just recently i felt someone was telling me to open my eyes and i would know the truth but, a terrible fear cripped me and i kept saying no no no i dont want to know the truth, and finally they left me alone and i awoke.
I had 31 of these things. Which I didnt expect it. Scary. O.o
Guys, nearly all of these “signs” can be chalked up to simple human nature. Everyone in their life will at some point have many of these symptoms, excluding the visions of hooded figures or UFO’s. If i saw any of those, i’d run very fast in the opposite direction. But trust me, there’s a lot of rational explanations for many of these, such as the condition known as sleep paralysis. Look it up.

In reference to the wonderful individuals and couples on this site…..Each and every scenario, tangible association, or apparent apparition can be explained in some manner based on our current human understanding of brain function, time, space, and environment….Our brief evolution as a species has given us the gift of imagination, opening more doorways to the unexplained than knowledge could dream of….The mental thirst for beyond drives many of us to create or manifest in our minds wonders or nightmares that can be difficult for some to grasp mentally…I have spent the last 60 months with a multitude of professionals who have controlled and explained my personal situation. As a Force Reconnaissance Marine and Sniper, my travels on our world have been beyond what most would consider normal. Combat missions have brought the most undesirable sitreps one could imagine. I personally have a different scale from the one listed above…My experience appear to have established a base scale much larger considering interaction with the unexplained. I will close with the following before heading to my next appointment….We never interacted with the male direct descendants covering several generations dating prior WWI. Obviously because the majority were not available for interaction. Normal people would interpret that as the relative had passed away etc…..I unfortunately have come to terms with the fact that each generation including my father has fought in a major conflict and disappeared prior to the age of 33. I have been very fortunate over the years to have so many individuals who assisted my growth and development. Mentoring by individuals of faith, military, and medical have brought a sincere understanding to our situation. My thoughts and intellectual status are pure & true, but this shit leaves me guessing, wondering am I sane? When I compare my day to day thoughts vs. what I experience from time to time, I can find no expla
nation. I am judging from personal experience, my thoughts and actions day to day are not crazy, but this shit throws me off and always leaves me to wonder, if I am crazy, wouldn’t I be all the time?

I am a hypnotherapist but have not worked with this subject. In fact I am rather skeptical, however my mother shows signs of this and even as a Yvonne Smith (I saw her in a video) mentioned my mother was diagnosed with Lupus but shows no symptoms… Thinking back I have a lot of signs and major memory lapses, I consider myself sane, a great 9 years in the military now in school, some depression and anxiety but no hallucinations. I would like some advice on someone my mother and I could talk to and if there is a reputable hypnotherapist that works with this subject as ethically I could not work with my mother and I am almost afraid to find out things for myself, but want to k ow the truth… Anyone reputable and affordable we can talk to? ive had about 40 of these. the worse of these are when i am lying in bed trying to sleep, next thing i can feel myself rising in my room. i know i am asleep and trying to wake myself up, but unable to do so. all this time i can feel an electric current type running through my head, then i feel as though i am lying down with shadowy figures surrouding me. i eventually do wake and feel frightened to go back to sleep. the first experience i had of this was at a young age, while asleep i was just having your usual dream then i was startled when a face similar to that of a grey woke me up in a panic. i had never seen this face before anywhere. i have never forgot that dream and i see this as my marker. i have never spoken about this to anyone i know, reason being i would be a laughing stock.

Tezza, what you are experiencing is sleep paralysis, a perfectly normal phenomenon. This evolutionary adaptation prevents us from acting out our dreams. When you begin to wake up too fast, you will be conscious of this mechanism. Please don’t allow yourself to fall prey to this quackery which has no scientific basis. This brand of pseudo psychology is fueled by power of suggestion and is wreckless and immoral. I’m willing to wager there are people on this site who have delusions of alien abduction, and would benefit from real psychiatric attention. To feed into peoples’ delusions is wreckless and dangerous.

If you have not experienced abduction personally, you have no right to say that it does not occur! If you believe that we humans who live on the planet Earth are the only beings in the universe, then you, Sir, are the one who is delusional! BTW, the definition of “delusion” is: A false belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence. There is NO invalidating evidence in the case of alien abductions! skeptic, you may be right with the sleep paralysis regarding myself! dis-agree though about people on here benefiting from psychiatric help as these people seem very normal to me. there are many professional people thoughout the world who have had very similar experiences, a lot of them are psychiatrists, would they benefit from psychiatric help?
I have experienced all of these things from early childhood continue too i am a fifty two year old woman who has brought up a family of five children i,m sane and i know what i experience is real i,m used to it and realise that if they wanted to cause me permanent harm they could have done so by now i never share usually as who would believe it
I have experienced most of these on th list. I also whitnessed an alien being with a friend who saw the same thing. I recently found out that my mother has experienced an abduction with a vivid memoty of the event. She hasnt told anyone for obvious reasons. I have over 40 of the signs. My name is Amanda and I would like to tell you about an experience I had. I had not thought alot about it then last night it came to me in a dream that felt so real I could smell the smells around me. It happened when I was 11 years old. Well to me and my little brother. I had walked with my brother Eric to his Boy Scout Meeting at Eisenhower Elm School. We lived in an apartment on Oak Park Drive in Louisville, Ky. at that time so it wasn’t very far and it was were my little brother had attended school at the that time so it was a walk we did quiet often. On this night though there was a very weird feel to everything. It was about 7pm when we left the school for our walk home so it was full dark. And the neighborhood was very quiet. When we got Oak Park Drive we had maybe walked passed maybe 2 yards. We then heard a sound that made us look behind us I believe it was a barking dog maybe. And there was a huge craft aircraft that had bright lights all over it. We could tell right away of course that it was an airplane and it was so low. I remember thinking how is it not hitting power lines or trees because it was so low and so big. I remember telling my brother to run. Then all I remembered at the time was walking into the apartment. My mom and stepfather were so mad and worried because when we walked through the door it was 11:35pm it was 4 hours later then when we left the school. What should have taken us maybe 15 min to walk if that. My mom had called the Boy Scout Troop leader and family and friends they had been looking for us. And we were no where. This was in 1990. Over the years I have dreamed of that night a few times and have had other dreams that are odd like of bright lights and being strapped down. But, I have never actually shared my story with anybody besides my husband but the dream last night was so real that I was looking up others story’s like it and came upon your sight. I also have a strange object on the back of my left knee in the crease. It is under the skin it was highly visible when I was around 11 now you can tell it’s still there and feel it but you can not see it as much. Thank you for letting me share my story with you.

I have alot of these signs.I’ve had night terrors since i was a baby and lucid dreams of a huge constrictor-like snake tapping on my window,coming into my room without the window opening and then flying thru my closed window or the walls and over my house but i cant remember anything after that.ive also been paralyzed in bed and seen shadows around me and a horrible feeling of fear.I’ve experienced the feeling of someone touching me,watching me,breathing on me.after having the flying dreams i started having horribly violent nightmares of people dying,i had never seen anyone die nor had even seen hardly any violent movies at all ,i was only 6 or 7.i’ve had a rediculous amount of deja vu experiences plus very strong intuition.i’ve also experienced being able to “see” with my eyes closed,i dont know that many people who share this experience.i cant do it all the time,but it has happened several times.i’ve also had several ufo experiences,one of which was with a group of 30 people who all agree what we saw was not terrestrial.since that experience,i have seen more ufos,sometimes they follow me home.the last one i saw was 2 nights ago,i signaled it by moving my hand back and forth or in a circle and the craft followed my hand movement.also,idk if this has anything to do with it but since the experience hawks have been weirdly attracted to me and i aquired a phobia of snakes,which i used to love to the point of having one as a pet.now,even one looking at me gives me chills.i also have hallucinations of having surgery done on me where i actually feel physical pain.

I go through the same. I don’t talk about it now days, I’ve been through all the signs spoke of. I to have seen the flying snakes, but I don’t fear them any more. Has any one ever told you eye change to cat eyes. Or snake eyes. I’ve been told that to. I’ve never seen it happen, I’ve told your eyes are of cat or snake. Then ask how I do that. ????? I don’t even know it happens. Yea it can make you feel nuts. Then you read something like this find there are others saying the same thing, you have never met. So we can’t be crazy, hun.? Deja vu is part of it, I don’t know why. I know things that’s going to happen months, years before. I still love hawks and snakes, I have them as wall paper on my computer. And crows don’t know why or are they ravens.?
hi fellow abductee here,yes i’ve had several of these things happen to me plus as a child i’ve had nose bleeds where metal objects fell out of my nose. then a mild black out as a teen,as a young adult another nose bleed with a metal object coming out. at 25 i went on a hiking trip what felt like a few hours but ended up close to 8 hours. at the age of 35 another nose bleed, another metal object,just recently driving from vegas to phoenix,yep more time loss,trip took alot longer then what it should…….what are “they” trying to figure out? i got this scar on my arm which “they” left,what are “they” looking for? just want to know why?

i exhibit over 30 of these signs. Some of them are just common ale ments but having them ask isn’t right. I had a ufo sighting 5 years ago(triangle) and ever since ive had to sleep by a wall. I have a crack in my blinds that I always have to block to be comfortable. I constantly wake up with blood or something on my pillows and occasionaly on the floor or wall. I think that all abductee’s wants to know the real truth as to why this is happening.Maybe our perception of these visits is contingent on whether the experiences were good or bad. I was explaining my orb experience to a medical doctor whom I believed would understand because I could sense her psychic abilities.I told her that I could see orbs with my eyes open while meditating.She told me that they were the Arcturians!Then another event followed weeks latter. I was talking on the phone with a friend and closed my eyes.I saw 3 orbs coming toward me with faces.The one face that stood out was of a man smiling at me with a mischievous look in his eyes.I decides to tell my medical doctor that I now see orbs with my eyes closed and with faces.She wanted to know if one one of them look like a Jokster!Yes!She told me that they are the Arcturians watching over our planet.
I have had some strange things happen to me. Alien/UFO dreams, waking up to a black figure standing next to my bed, woke up to something speaking in a scary language, woke up with nosebleeds a few times, woke up in a different position than I went to sleep. But I’ve never seen a UFO. Also my sister woke me up one night terrified because she saw red and blue lights by her window. Very strange.
Also I had a very real dream about flying in a spaceship. I remember looking out the ships window and seeing the stars. The person flying the ship was a human like male with blonde hair. We landed,the ships door opened and there standing with its arm out waiting for me was a tall alien grey. I was afraid to go with him and the blonde guy said it was going to be OK and not to be afraid.
To everyone on here who wants to know “WHY” you have been abducted, or feel you might have been…..there is a woman named Delores Cannon, who is a hypnotist and has been for several decades, helping people who feel like they might have been abducted but don’t know for sure. She has written many books on the subject! I’ve read MANY books and she is the BEST author on this subject. I just finished reading 2 of them. I really like the book “The Custodians, beyond abduction”. It has so many answers to the questions I have had for years! The other one I just read is “Keepers of the Garden”. It is also extremely good. You can also find Delores on YouTube. There are quite a few videos on her. Do yourself a favor and read! You won’t be disappointed! BTW, I don’t know the author or have any kind of connection at all except for on this subject.

Once upon a time ago I would have been excited about the possibility of interfacing with an alien species. After it happened to me I wasn’t excited any more I was scared and angry. Most of the things on your list have happened to me continuously from childhood. the reason that I have been able to hold it together is that the best revenge against the Gray’s is to live well in-spite of their intrusive methods
The Gray’s were nice enough to come out from behind their technology and show themselves face to face one evening while my friend and I were walking on the campus of the High School I attended. Face to face with witnesses that is how I know they are real, at least they are real within what we consider to be real. The Gray’s are masters of resonant and vibrational technologies. Their ship just hung in the air like a evil omen it was completely silent. If it hadn’t moved real close so we could see them; I would have thought it was a hallucination. But there was nothing hallucinatory about the black beam of energy that went through every human on that campus. there was nothing hallucinatory about the missing time my friend and I experienced. there was nothing hallucinatory about the freezing cold we felt after the Grays left us in the field. So after seeing those fucks up close and getting the gist of where we stood relative to them I am telling you that you do not want to see the Grays They are pure intellect, cold calculating they are what we would consider to be evil. They need a heart organ; they need love; the other thing that throws them off is unpredictability. That is why they implant and edit our genes. they need that soul but along with that comes the human tendencies for extreme emotions, love , violence,hate, sex, and so forth. They’re brains can’t handle that energy hence the need for hybrids. It is my understanding that they are trying to survive. I would have helped them willingly if they had just asked. But the some Grays don’t ask they take; If the Grays are hassling you one has to make strategic alliances with other groups that the Gray’s fear. Annunakki or Ancient ones the grays back off when these groups are in play I know this from IPB analysis. Dealing with the other groups has it own set of variables, they are a little better but not much.

Luchiannie, I just recenly have come to a decision that there is alien life out there. A few years ago my two teenage kids were in front of my house waiting for a couple of friends to come by. They both came running in the house saying that they had just seen an alien ship. I ran outside to see if ths was true. I looked up into the sky I can could see strange lights but I didn’t think much if it because it look like it was getting farther & farther away. The next thing I knew this alien ship went from being far to being right above my house no sound it was like the speed of light. My kids & I ran into my house scared. A year later I was asleep at night & all of a sudden there was a very loud ringing in my left ear, my body felt paralized, I felt like something was trying to enter my body but I was to afraid to open my eyes. I’m so scared that this is going to happen again.

The only advice I can give to Luchannie is to stay strong and fearless because you can’t control the alien agenda.Stay focused on the positive aspects of the abduction experience.The insights gained from the experiences are mind-blowing to say the least.We have aquired knowledge that proves we live in a multi-dimensional world.Our senses and psychic abilities have been elevated.We are able to see things that others can’t even imagine in their weirdest moments.We are different than others because we have been enlightened.Always stay in the light!

I have read a bit of the works of both Sitchen and Pye and find it very interesting and definite food for thought . Not sure I fully agree with either, but I don’t think our past is as we think it is.
