To answer a question about my blog I am often asked…”Do you believe every strange news story you post ?”…The answer is that some I do believe, some I don’t, and some I am not entirely sure about. Hi,
Was on a bus sight seeing tour of New York in 2001. Sept 7th.
Well we went by the Two Towers. I took one of the last photos, I guess, of the towers. My sis did too.
Well, I got a very deep, black, creves of a feeling. I did not say this to anyone. I could not have guessed where the feeling came from. I sure couldn’t have guessed the Towers. But, that area, seemed desolate. We had a great time on the sight seeing tour. It was just strange.

You can add me to the group that really likes the new look of your site. I meant to send a note awhile back when I first saw it, but I’m just now getting around to it (in the quiet early hours of the morn).
There is something about the photo that is really appealing, and it really catches the eye. I think it’s the stark contrast of the trees with their colorful fallen leaves with the paleness of the bridge in the mist. It feels very mysterious and a bit spooky. Just right for a paranormal website!

Thank you for your question . It is probably one that a lot of my readers have wanted to ask also.
My Ph.D is in Transpersonal Counseling and was awarded to me about 3 years ago by the University of Metaphysics/Sedona. The University is a school considered in the field of Alternative and Religious learning and as such is not accredited in the way of other colleges ( no schools of this type in the US are accredited yet…hopefully someday) . The school is however one of the oldest and most respected the World over in its field.
Both my Masters Thesis and Doctoral Dissertation were written to the standards of most every US accredited University in regard to length, construction, etc for a similar degree. My Doctoral Dissertation is 82 pages in length and titled “The Presentation of Direct Focused Subconscious Programming ( DFSP) and Review, Overview, and Scientific Support of Natural Treatment Modalities Available to the Metaphysician “. My Masters is 33 pages in length and titled “The Psychology of Communication, Influence, and Leadership: Becoming a More Effective Metaphysical Presence “. Both are copyrighted and on file at the University, but neither are publicly published. There is much that I speak of in my Dissertation that I am still developing the research so I actually do not want it widely available as of yet, but since I can see that you are interested I have presented a few pages below of the Introduction for you ( and anyone else interested) to get a feel for what I had written and am working on.

INTRODUCTION

In the book, “The Art of True Healing” Israel Regardie states “ Within every man and women is a force which directs the entire course of life. Properly used it can heal every affliction and ailment to which mankind is heir. Every single religion affirms this fact. All forms of mental or spiritual healing, no matter under what name they travel, promise the same thing. Even psychoanalysis employs this power, though indirectly, using the now popular word libido” .
Regardie goes further to state that this force and energy can be used by anyone and everyone, no matter what their personal religious beliefs may be, or even be tapped into by individuals who have no belief in the spiritual side of life… individuals who are complete atheists.
In other words Regardie is clearly saying that no matter if you are a devout believer in spiritual matters and concepts or a complete non-believer these powers and life energies of healing are powerfully present and infinitely useable in all of us. The origins and the essence of this natural force and power must be traced to our very beginnings and make up whether that be Evolution or a Creator.
It is my assertion and belief that the primary purpose and “calling” if you will, of the Metaphysician, is to heal. Heal the human mind, heal the human body, and although our efforts sometimes may feel like grains of sand on an endless beach, heal the World and Universe itself of any and all ills. The direction by which this healing takes place is to use and manipulate this energy, through various means, to the benefit of an individual.
If we are to accept that we originated from a source, God or the Universal, then we must also accept that we were designed or have developed through some design. This would even apply from an Atheistic or pure empirical scientific viewpoint based in the evolutionary process. In a sense and truth all living creatures and life is a true form of mechanism governed by a program. The key to all of our behavioral changes and physical and mental healing is found in this program. Mainstream science seeks to unlock this program through logic and often fails when confronted with the seemingly illogical. Medical science seeks to unlock the program through chemical means in most cases and mainstream psychology seeks to understand this program from the standpoint of the mind only. Metaphysical science on the other hand seeks to decipher and understand the program from all viewpoints and one addition overlooked by the other branches of science. The understanding that if there is a design and program for humans and life in general, perhaps there is a programmer.
If there does exist a programmer, or even a program or design, which I believe there is, it would stand to logic and reason that all life would interact and all healing could and would be found in nature in some form. All life and even inanimate matter on Earth, in the Heavens, or even in places and forms we now have no concept of would in some way be symbiotic.
Holding this thought and truth firmly in mind I had found the purpose and reason for the writing of the first section of this dissertation.
We as Metaphysicians are in the very unique place, and have the privilege and duty, of being able to use ideas and in some cases methods which may be at the very least neglected and at the most called outright quackery or charlatanism by the mainstream scientific and medical and mental health communities. Some of these methods and processes do fall into the category of quackery and take advantage of a trusting public and deserve to be soundly denounced and discarded, but many fall into the category of being merely overlooked and neglected by the mainstream. Options that either the mainstream communities feel outdated or feel they are not up to their particular standards for use. Sadly many very useful treatments are not used which are potentially extremely beneficial. In many cases the matter is that a treatment is extremely benefical to one or a small group of patients but not to a significant number to deem it as an effective treatment by mainstream medicine and psychology. This is where we as Metaphysicians often times are consulted since we view people as an individual and try to heal each person as a holistic entity…body, mind and soul.
In the first section of this dissertation I have presented, by way of a multi part overview and review, the main currently available naturally based healing processes that can be employed by the Metaphysical healer in his or her practice to bring forth and use these powers and forces of healing within all of us. I have presented the basics in many areas of natural healing including my own personal opinions, thoughts, and any research I have gathered in the area and have whenever possible included mainstream scientific opinion and research in the various areas.
I have of course not listed all of the treatment options available since given the vast history and scope of Metaphysics and natural healing techniques, which of course predates mainstream accepted medical and mental health treatments, would be almost an impossible task. I have however endeavored to present most any and all techniques and processes that Metaphysicians would normally use in this multi part review and overview. I have purposely omitted presenting any information in the natural healing fields dealing with herbs or homeopathic medicines, although this is an incredibly useful field of healing, since most Metaphysicians most likely do not have the degree of knowledge and training in these areas to be licensed to use them legally. If you do happen to be licensed in one or all of these areas I most definitely encourage and endorse the use of natural medicines as a primary or adjuvant form of healing.
The second section of this dissertation is focused fully and exclusively with the explanation and presentation of an entirely new and untapped process of mentally based programming and re-programming that I have researched and developed. I have tentatively labeled it as Direct Focused Subconscious Programming (DFSP) . It is a concept that can bring about mental/behavioral changes as well as being an aid to the speeding of physical healing and will in most cases be used as a primary treatment, but will also work well with almost any other healing modality.
It deals in areas that some Metaphysicians may be familiar with and some most likely will not, so I have endeavored to explain it fully from the beginning origins and sources, through the research and developmental stages, and finally my self research and applications of this method and process, although extremely limited, thus far to date.
